We are currently seeking for a Hotel Manager for a 3 star boutique hotel in Vientiane
For this role we require a ” hands on” Hotel Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING ?
As a Hotel Manager, you are responsible for managing the Hotel operations to deliver an excellent Guest experience and you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Manage Hotel Operations: Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineer
Recruit, manage, train and develop the Hotel team
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Work within budgeted guidelines
Drive sales and implement up-selling techniques to maximize budgeted revenue
Accountable for monthly stock takes
Set Team targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
